We have two different studio guests every two weeks, including novelists, poets, spoken word artists and scriptwriters. Plus you can also play along at home, so email us your work based on the prompts you hear and it might end up on the show!

It’s the ‘improv panel show’ that you just couldn’t make up, as four panelists race against a time limit of three minutes to reach a destination! They begin from different starting points and use an assortment of companions, objects and modes of transport, but must keep everything together with them when they travel. They also have to overcome their opponent, provided by another panelist, who will fire off obstacles to try and stop them from reaching their goal!
